Running 41:19 [3] 7.0 km (5:54 / km)
ahr:144 max:163 shoes: Brooks Adreneline

Concrete path loop with Hoggster & the Dees. Felt pretty flat. Searlo was cranking along as per usual.

Running 24:02 [3] 4.0 km (6:01 / km)
ahr:124 max:147 shoes: Brooks Adreneline

Little Aranda Hill loop. Was going to do a bit longer but ran out of time. Felt fine in first post-marathon run. Maybe a little bit of nerve pain in left calf.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Cumulative riding for the day mostly consisting of riding over to Dicko to meet boys finishing Pete. I cbf getting up for Pete, espically with possibility of a head cold, so rode over there. Timed it perfectly as I went to go back along the Pete course and there were hoggster, tq & sebba just finishing. perfect. bit nippy even at my late start time.

Water Running 50:00 [3]

Back to the Chlorine Bowl for a session with the Crockatoos. High levels of cbf from me not even bothering to do the intervals with Jo & TQ. Not sure it was wise to go as seem to be developing a sinus infection/coldy thing. Nothing like a trip to the pool to really help that along.

legs much better thanks to quad massage and bath yesterday. still painful to go down hills/stairs and sitting down into a chair is bad. on the mend though.

no way running. ITBs very sore and quads are in a bad way, particularly going downhill/stairs or lowering into chairs.

thanks for all the comments/support on marathon trog entry.
