long run with hoggster, robwalt, irene, GB & Anna. pretty tired and ready for my rest week next week. grant increased the pace when we went up ainslie and i had nothing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. well except legs full of lactic.

hill ints with hoggster, alternating between concrete path up towards black mtn and gota track towards belconnen way. lactic in the steep bits. 25mins was a step up but long recoveries.

slow morning run before work. slight change to training of trying to do a mid-week longer run. Hopefully I will get used to sparrows fart running adn move a bit quicker. Still nice to have done 90mins essentially before breakfast.

XC at Edison Park, Woden. Legs were just weary and felt full of lactic in warm up. Didnt have the mental strength to race so decided to just be solid/cruise. Enjoyed it that way and tried to negative split (which I did). Will be glad for a running-free rest day tomorrow and will have to do some stretching etc tonight to help with recovery.
