Building up from sickness. Longer cruisey run down to LakeD then along path down creek and back again. Pretty easy pace, felt good. sickness officially over.

Easy run at Daylesford round LakeD after driving all day. Felt good. sickness almost gone with only a bit of coughing at the end.

still sick but turning the corner. I seem to be fitting nicely to seahawkes theory of colds/illness that all colds follow the same model - 3 days getting sick (fro me Saturday - Monday), 3 days being sick (tues-today) and 3 days getting better.

confirmed sick but not horrendous. no point running though. this week has just become a rest week. I have two theories on being sick:
1. I infact have a very bad virus but my 2 weeks of health eating and fruit in particular is keeping things moderate.
2. Over my lifetime my body has effectively adapted to the rubbish-food I feed it and is able to convert sugar, chocolate, chips and coke into all the vitamins and minerals it needs. After 2 weeks of eating more fruit than I ate in the whole of 2006 my body is going into meltdown in some sort of bizarre fruit-shock similar to when people have too much water.
