Running long 1:30:14 [3] 17.0 km (5:18 / km)
ahr:132 max:149 shoes: Asics Kayano

Long run. First 30mins was with Walders who dragged himself out for what he claims was his 1st run in a year. THink he'll be sore now. I was pretty bored after Walders left but managed to squeak it out to 90 by running incredibly slowly.

Running 36:19 [3] 6.0 km (6:03 / km)

GDE adjusted concrete path run with Searlo. Searlo a bit less tense compared to yesterday!

Running 39:02 [3] 8.0 km (4:53 / km)
ahr:155 shoes: Asics Kayano

gde-adjusted concrete path run. achilles better while running but sore afterwards. too scared to weigh self.

Note

Searlo watch: was going to run with Dave&Stace but Dave suggested they just run together. bumped into them on the run and stace seemed to be slumped a bit to her left, weighed down by something or other. PB run for Searlo. Good work by the master.

ride to work and back. achilles improved but xmas busyness means this week is fast turning into a rest week!

Tuesday Dec 19, 2006 #

Running 8:00 [3] 1.0 km (8:00 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano

Got up and achilles/calves felt worse. thought I'd run anyway but as I hobbled along street I thought it more likely I was doing damage than helping so returned home.

Running 39:02 [3] 6.0 km (6:30 / km)
ahr:128 shoes: Asics Kayano

really slow run round Aranda with Dees & Mike Dowling who is in town. Achilles in serious pain from yesterday, particularly right one.

Cycling 53:00 [3]

rode to work and back. Mick Rogers rode past the other way on bike path. The mongrel didnt say G'day but I guess he was worried I didnt know who he was.
