Long run with AnnaQ. Back of Ainslie, up over Ainslie then circuit roudn front of Majura to get up to (almost) 90mins. Anna rattles along quickly so my pace was a bit higher than usual long run and I didnt really feel like it after a few beers at ABN last night. Oh well - its a tough life.

Tempo run with Jo & Anna except actually proper tempo. We ddi this circuit that Jo designed starting at Southwell park, north along Northbourne up the powerlines, along the edge of Majura reserve and then back down Antill st to end of Dickson ovals. We tried to run at steady hard pace where couldn't talk more than short sentences occasionally. good training.

sluggish easy run. bit tired from nasty case of insomnia last night although it did mean I got to watch a 2005 Roos v Power game at Manuka on foxtel for the 2nd time as Jonno & I were there for the live game.
