Pool comp today for surf club. Last comp before states. Managed a first in 50 free with fins and 50 m mannequin carry. Placed in the 2 other events. Maybe I will be able to rescue someone in the pool. Those mannequins are pretty heavy.

Had tri Wa awards breakfast this morning. Obviously drank too much oj and stuffed navdash up this afternoon. Totally missed number 9 so not much point in going back over bridge to go back to 9 from 10. In hindsight probably would have only cost me at the most a couple of minutes and if I had of ran faster the rest of the course I probably would have still ran a decent time. Sort of gave up as a sprint is a sprint.
Any way got runner up tri athlete of the year on count back as 2 of us ended up with same points and the only race we did together , the other girl finished a place ahead of me, in a race early in the season.

Still pretty good tri year finishing with State sprint and state Olympic distance champion and tri series champion and representing Australia in September at worlds. Can't complain too much!

Sprint Champs. Made a mess of first control and then pretty good till 8. Went off without a plan and ran straight to 10, so unfortunately mispunched.
