Rolled glutes, quads and hips last night and had a stretch.

Isometrics 4 x 40s @ 20kg
Squat 4 x 5 @ 40kg
RDL 4 x 5 @ 30kg
Reverse lunge 3 x 8 @ 14kg

Wound the calf work back a bit more just to be sure. This weight seemed very easy and hasn't upset the achilles or calf. Tried some squats but right knee was being twingey so I canned them.

Isotonics 3 x 8 @ 15kg
Chin-ups 3 x 3
Push-ups 3 x 8
Low row 3 x 8 @ 19kg(?)
2 x 6 twisting sit-ups (that's all I could manage!)
30s plank and side planks

Note

Massage was postponed from yesterday until today as the uni campus was closed due to flooding. Had another great massage from Phil with some ankle mobilisation. Now thinking about how easy I need to resume excercise. Maybe I'll just start with a lame walk-jog but another option is to leave off running and maybe even cycling this week to see how the Achilles and paratenon respond to the rehab by itself.
