So nice to be running! Loop from home over Mt. Stromlo. Achilles were slow to warm up but by the time I hit the top of the mountain they were feeling okay. Started to feel a little sore later but okay. Feeling positive.
Isometrics @ 10kg. Nearly ready to progress the weight. Jogged to and from the gym. Right achilles has settled, restoring the normal order of complaints.
Isometrics at 10kg. Left starting to feel stronger and the achilles has been well behaved in the few runs I've done since Bathurst. Right is playing up. Could do the isometrics with straight leg but not bent, in which it hurt. It's possible the main issue there is not the achilles at all.
