A late night, a bad night's sleep, and an early morning meant the cold is worse today. Still not so bad that I thought an easy run was a bad idea. Mostly a plod with heavy legs and some soreness in the glutes and quads from yoga. Felt better as it went on and picked up the pace a fraction.

Align with the new instructor. This session's big sequence was based around long warrior 2 poses amd the poor glutes were challenged but made it through. I sweated buckets, it was gross. Assume it was because of the cold which is still clearing up.

Very easy one. Lower calves tight, think it's this is other tight thing I get rather than Achilles. Should get a massage.
