First 3km (29min) was walk-jog-catch-grasshoppers with Ewan, then did a solo run up Mt Ainslie and back.

Back on the Scown-Gregson hand-me-down racer for the first time in ages.

Easy lunch run up to Ainslie bushland and back. Achilles/lower calf tight, should have pulled the pin. Was a bit sore later in the day. Realised the probable cause was lack of ankle mobility work in the last week ... oops.

Easy loop on Mt Majura. Cool and damp out. I saw a lovely round spider web highlighted by drops of water. Unfortunately, was unable to stop and took it out with my face.
