Cycling (Commute) 50:00 [2] 12.0 km (14.4 kph)

Included ducking over to Ewan's xcountry at O'Connor oval at lunch. He had to do a km this year, which seems a big jump from the single lap of an AFL oval last year. He did really well. He heeded my advice to pace himself at the start and was able to run nearly the whole way and put on a finish sprint. He finished somewhere in the 1st half. Very proud.

Homeward. Outer fore part of left foot sore this evening. I first it felt about a week and half ago, and thought it was okay on the weekend. Will get it checked out. Hamstring also tightening up again already. It's either running with my backpack or sitting at work all day or both.

Cycling (Commute) 40:00 [1] 10.0 km (15.0 kph)

Feeling okay after the weekend. Orienteering seems to have done wonders for my tight hamstring, which feels normal again, but has made my right calf grimacingly tight.
