Strength & Conditioning 10:00 [3]

Did a core strength session at Coach Sheldon's suggestion. More or less a mish-mash of remembered exercises, which I should sort out if I'm going to do these regularly: push-ups, crunches, oblique crunches, side-plank (some w/rotation), supermans.
