Friday's session at the reservoir with Ewan was so good we did it again but without a deadline we kept on going. All up we were going round for 1:16 but there were toilet stops, drink stops, crashes, snack stops, stops to wait for that girl on the big bike, etc so I guess we did something like 50min of running/riding and about 10 laps.

Finished my 'long' run by doing an ascent of Coot-tha. Legs felt good after all the easy running earlier but yet tired from yesterday.

Took up Ewan up to the reservoir and he rode his bike around while I ran. Worked out pretty nicely actually; I'll have to remember to do this more often in future.

Night Nav at Chelmer. I picked a reasonable route but I lost a fair chunk of time at a few controls, twice because the control was misplaced and once because I lost concentration and ran straight past the correct intersection. A bit shocked to be nearly 3min down on Tim, it doesn't bode well for the Qld champs in a week.
