Cruisey ride to work on a sensational day. Brisbane does seem to have good weather.

Commute home and I was pushing it to be home on time for Ewan to be dropped off by his carer so was trying to ride faster than this morning. Unfortunately, the rear derailleur cable broke and I was stuck in two of the highest gears which wasn't much fun trying to ride into Chapel Hill.

8 x 4/4 @ 200W. Another REIT session, harder than Monday but not by much. The worst thing (apart from the perpetual finger pricking) is that I forgot to stuff myself full of food before the fasting period began and I was more hungry than usual.

8 x 4/4 at 150W. REIT exercise protocol as part of the fat oxidation study. Boredom punctuated by finger pricks. At least the girl doing the study is interesting to talk to during the rests.
