Running 1:00:50 [3] 11.2 km (5:26 / km) +110m 5:11 / km
shoes: Icebug MR3 BUGrip

Met up with Odd for his last run in Canada before returning home to Norway. Followed a pretty nice route up through from Prince's Island through Kensington, SAIT, McHugh's bluff and back to Prince's Island. Nice measured pace, particularly up the hills, which was perfect because, though I'm ashamed to admit it, I was a little bit tired from running two days in row!

Running 30:08 [3] 6.0 km (5:01 / km) +90m 4:40 / km
shoes: Nike Free 5.0 (grey/green)

Run with some peeps from work. Started off pedestrian like but once we hit the first hill Mike from the NY office, who has a couple of marathons under his belt, and I dropped the girls. Learnt that the hill near work is called Ramsay Hill and we went over 3 times. Legs were feeling a little bit heavy from yesterday but luckily cold is staying subdued.

Running warm up/down 36:00 [3] 7.7 km (4:41 / km) +20m 4:37 / km
shoes: Nike Free 5.0 (grey/green)

From work over to the curling club for warm up, jogs back down the hill between repeats, and back to work. Took another map with me, this time Day 3 from Easter 2005 where I made a few 4min mistakes and dropped from 3rd place in M21AS to 6th ... Today was concentrating on picking a route and then being able to recite the route to myself and visualise it at the same time and it felt easy but didn't concentrate so well on the run back.

Running hills 9:59 [5] 1.92 km (5:12 / km) +185m 3:31 / km
shoes: Nike Free 5.0 (grey/green)

Did 6 of the hills above the curling club in Sunnyside with about 500 other people most of whom, though, prefer going up the stairs rather than the footpath. Times were all over the shop, but today I was more interested in reading the map and keeping good form rather than speed so I slowed down a bit as I fatigued. Pushed it hard on the last one though.
