Along the river from Tenerife to New Farm. I'm very unfit but it was nice to be running amd encouraging to have managed 3 runs in a week without any massive Achilles issues.

Very easy one from Alexandra Headland to the end of the Mooloolaba spit and back. Taking it easy on the Achilles, which is still a useless piece of shit, I walked anything resembling a hill. Nice but sort of depressing.
