Jog over to the dentist to have some cavities filled. Nice to be running again even if it was less than 10min. Dentist was done in about an hour and painlessly so I can't complain about that.

Glutes and stretching. I'm finding that I'm getting fatigued at the end of the week from this daily regimen. Hopefully that means I'm getting some benefit and I'll notice the improvement in my running soon.
