Running 1:16:47 [3] 16.11 km (4:46 / km) +172m 4:31 / km

Great conditions for running today, softish underfoot after a bit of rain, 15C, if a tiny bit humid.

Decent effort and this is getting marginally easier. I did have to stop for a stomach reset halfway round though.

1.5 sets for the first time in a while. These are getting ever so slightly easier now

Running 48:44 [3] 9.63 km (5:04 / km) +99m 4:49 / km

Terrain loop in blazing sun - tropical rain - blazing sun. The rain bit was quite cool and made the most incredible rainbow (sadly behind me).

Tummy played up a bit as it often does when soaked - just about made it home.

Took MapRun with me which recognised all controls bar one, so that's a major limitation as I was obviously in the right place..

To Wimbledon. As I was hoping, TH&H clubhouse has conveniently located bike racks.

Checking some sites for Don’s MapRun event. It was cold and very wet after heavy rain, but after so many weeks of drought it felt strangely comforting to be sopping.

The grot is shooting up at double quick speed, so it was a case of going round where possible. Still, nice to be out in the forest and as Boris said, wet weather certainly aids social distancing.

Cycling 12:15 [3] 3.94 km (3:06 / km) +46m 2:56 / km

Back home. Absolutely drenched so needed a bath when I arrived, and I hate baths with a vengeance.
