Seriously hard work, legs like treacle in the headwind up the hill.

Time still fairly quick so probably set off too fast.

Running 40:20 [3] 8.5 km (4:45 / km)

Run home from new job (Gt Portland St tube) via St James’s & Battersea Parks.

Forgot my Garmin so distance is an estimate. Slightly fiddly route in places but found it ok as it’s partly the same as back from Eurostar a few years ago.

Hard work but good effort and great sightseeing value.

Sneaky day trip to the Yorkshire Dales to celebrate the end of my British Airways Silver card this week.

It seemed only appropriate to run up Yorkshire’s highest peak. Run up was fairly pleasant, nothing so steep as not to be runnable, although a lot of it was slabs of stone. Downhill was less pleasant as it was steeper and rockier.

Amazing views as the weather was ridiculously nice for February - 15C and sunny.
