First long run for a while. On the jetlag principle* I was planning for 28k (having not done more than 13k in 3 months), but the legs niggled a bit so I figured 22k was reasonable enough.
Not feeling great to start with, but settled into it and a decent pace without pushing too hard.
*jetlag principle (going east) = the adjustment is painful whatever you do, so rather than getting up 1 hour earlier each day (and dragging out the pain) you might as well get up 6 hours earlier right away.
