Half of Richmond Half Marathon.
I’ve had too much on at work and was mentally (and physically) not up for it. Started a bit too fast, got myself to 10k and kept slowing down, plus my calves started hurting.
As much as I hate it, it was the right call in the circumstances. Proves once again that you can go hard on only 2 out of work, family and running, not all 3.
42.50 for the 10k which is pretty crap really.
