Running 15:00 [2] 1.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

Warmup (sadly, no warmdown)

Orienteering 1:45:45 [4] 17.92 km (5:54 / km) +80m 5:46 / km

2nd national event of the year in Orléans, France. Boooooooooooooooring. A 3k "route choice" where the only route is ona PAVED road, can't be good.
Came only 24th of 60, pretty disappointing but felt tired and couldn't get any motivation going..

Running 20:00 [2] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Three steps to an efficient warmup: 1. Run 7 mins to start, 2. Figure out that you left your SI back at the car, sprint back in panic for 4 mins, 3. Figure out that you actually have plenty of time after all, slow jog back to start (7mins)

Orienteering 31:49 [5] 6.3 km (5:03 / km) +35m 4:55 / km

Short race, one of my best races ever I think (but it was fairly easy technically) - 10sec mistakes total. Came 13th out of 80+ in elite, very sweet. The winner managed to do it in 26.15 though, which is pretty damn impressive..

Running 45:08 [3] 10.5 km (4:18 / km)

The usual run back in Paris. Had serious jetlag (arrived in the morning) but for some reason felt good running and beat best time by a minute even though I tried to slow down in places..

It's interesting how running is so much more enjoyable if you can't do it very often, than if you do it every single day

Strength 45:00 [3]

3 sets in Tampa, Florida. Don't ask.
