Cross running with Abi, again in the Kings Forest. It's quite a grim place for orienteering but ideal for tough cross running (bushes, overgrowth, roots, high grass). A good workout
The morning run. Faster than last week by 2 mins, not bad. Should easily be doable under 45 though.
Hmm, have just thought of a problem for winter training - even now the sun doesn't rise until about 7.30 (pretty far west for this timezone here) so the winter may not be much fun..
Felt pretty good during strength considering who tired I felt when I came home..was thinking of maybe doing one 15-minute session every day during the winter?
