With Kenny and Will: Oak Grove - Boojum east - Loop around the north of the east side of the fells - ice rink - anticlockwise reservoir trail - Davis. Felt good but a little hungry. Last 20 minutes to Davis very tough.

Around Prospect Hill Park with Abi, Kenny, Will and Misha. Feeling tired and unmotivated.

Note

Did some mapping at Prospect Hill office park. It should be good for a park-O but I was a little worried I might be trespassing in some places..

Boston Common Intervals: 1.36, 1.30, 1.30, 1.37, 1.38, 1.36, 1.35. The second and third one were too fast.

Boooooring. But I couldn't be bothered to run through the wet snow.

Upper body: 3x10 on each of 4 machines (push weights up, push weights down and out, pull weights down, and elbows together)

I'm not sure this actually helps, because I didn't sweat much. But it did feel reasonably tiring (level 18 of 20)

Tuesday Feb 26, 2002 #

Running (Strides) 1:02:49 [4] 9.2 mi (6:50 / mi)

Shad to Watertown. About 7:00 base pace plus 10x strides (30,30,30,45,60,60,45,30,30,30 secs). Stomach feeling queasy throughout, not a very pleasant run. Speed good but fading towards the end.
30:40+30:01=60.42 between the bridges
