Spinning class, the first one for a while. You guys should all do this, it's an amazing workout. You basically sit on a bike and pedal all the time, and there's a lady up front who tells you what to do (like "sprint" - pedal fast, "run" - pedal standing up, "hill" - pedal with harder resistance). You sweat so much, it's incredible, Great for supple muscles, too.
