Blue Course at Baldwin Hill. Nice area, good run for the first half, then got tired and started making mistakes.

Around the Middlesex Fells reservoirs, with Abi and Will. Still feel tired when strength is required (hills, rocks). Ok on the flat though.

5 mins warmup, then 18+12 hill rep. The nice thing about this is that you can read the paper while working out (obviously not working out hard enough...)
