Cranked up the volume a bit for this one. Pretty worrying though, even though I managed the 6.40 pace quite easily, I need to be able to get that down to 6.24 over 6.3 miles to run a 40-minute 10k. And even that sounds pretty slow..oh well, must train more, must train more...
