intervals: 4 1.5 fast/1.5 walk to top of rainbow bend, walk down, then run up rainbow bend (40 sec) walk 2-2.5 min down E windsor, then run 1.5 min, around to and on parkway, then walk back to bottom of rainbow bend. repeat 4 times and one more run up rainbow bend. walk 2 min, then jog home
