Since it was a workout that went really well I wanted to record the conditions:
For dinner I have meat sauce and rice with chips and a banana shake for 'desert' plus I got about 7 hours of sleep. Watched a movie to relax and enjoy the evening as well :) I also took a big sip of water before I went to bed
In the morning I woke up and had 3 scrambled eggs with a banana and lots of water.

Speed up workout with the third best XC team in the country. That was tough but fun! I got some fastttttt times from it and I felt great!
