Warmup for the run was lunges and normal stretches. Started at a 7:18 mi and built from there. The goal was for every 2 miles to speed up.

I was really happy with this run, I had a clear, calm mindset throughout the entire thing, and towards the end I just kept on breathing and running fast. It felt amazing!

Definitely a good start to the season. After 300m I couldn't move and faster and finished the last 100m as hard as I could but pretty much lost all feeling in my legs and arms. Excited to see the improvements from upcoming weight workouts incorporated after our runs for middle distance.
