Woke up and went for a 45 min bike with my dad. I was having to push it to keep up with him.

Played capture the flag with the Cross Country team. 40 people played, never captured a flag in 2.5 hours! Quiet a hard and fun workout though!

Orienteering race (Worst Race Ever) 1:25:00 [4]

Map was messed up and out dated and I wasn't thinking enough. Not enough sleep which made me lose concentration often. Kept changing compass bearings and did not follow trails enough
