Soccer 1:30:00 [4]

Hard game. Started off well and kept good pressure, played the best AYSO team in the US. Winning 1-0 then our goalie let in three. Lost 2-7, I scored one goal.

Rainy, wet, cold and for the last half windy.

Soccer warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Ran on a course my dad made for me. Technical and I only had one mess-up. Towards the end I wasn't planning where I needed to head to. I need to think more about keeping focus and knowing where I can go after each control.

Pilates 30:00 [2]

Felt amazing, just zipped along and was happy. Great stress reliever from the 5 hours of homework I've had every night!

Yoga 30:00 [2]

30min P90X yoga felt good, the stretching is starting to pay off.

Orienteering (Line-O) 45:00 [3]

Did some navigation practice with my dad.
Very rainy and wet, fairly technical.

-When I start I'm not confident enough in my skills but once I hit the first couple of controls I can get going.
-I was doing map simplification the wrong way and looking at the small details not the large features.

Biking 1:00:00 [3] 30.0 mi (2:00 / mi)

Bike The Drive event downtown Chicago. First bike ride this year, felt tired and didn't have enough sleep so I can't complain.
