Running 10:00 [1]

Warm up for sprint.

Orienteering 19:28 [4] 3.4 km (5:44 / km) +20m 5:34 / km

NAOC Sprint. I was pleased that I read ahead and make sure I didn't get trapped. Need to work on having some more speed.

Running 7:00 [1]

Cool down/warm up from sprint and sprint relay.

Orienteering 16:41 [4] 2.7 km (6:11 / km)

Leg 1 of the Sprint Relay. I was a little nervous about starting, but I think it went fine. Orienteering was mostly good except didn't notice a path because a the line was partially over it, so I took a slower route through the woods. Legs felt very tired.

On the whole, I think I was much more consistent this weekend than usual, which was nice. Good times all around!

Running 10:00 [1]

Warm up for the long.

Orienteering 1:24:35 [3] 7.9 km (10:42 / km) +115m 9:59 / km

Long NAOC course. Relatively happy with this, especially with the first long leg. I had quite a silly moment near the end, but lots of fun otherwise!

Running 10:00 [1]

Warm up for middle.

Orienteering 49:12 [3] 4.3 km (11:27 / km) +75m 10:31 / km

Did not start this one well (doing a 180 from the start is never a good sign). However, I started to get into some better flow by the third control. I struggled with 7, but at least I bailed out relatively quickly. Rest of the course also quite good. Fun!

Running 10:00 [1]

Cool down with Tori.

Biking 15:00 [1]

Biking to work. Packing is best left to right before your flight, right?

Orienteering 37:46 [2]

WET at False Creek. Fun to orienteer in an area that I often run. Lovely evening. Leaving for NAOCs tomorrow, oh my!

Biking 10:00 [1]

Biking back from orienteering (biking there was entirely downhill, so it doesn't really count).
