WJR at Sumas. A really fun course and gorgeous woods. I didn't have a very good plan going to one and got off my compass. I really need to make sure I'm more religious with my compass.

Other (Kayaking) 30:00 [1]

3 hour Intro to Kayaking lesson in False Creek. Such a gorgeous day, although apparently the E. coli levels were out of control... For swimming they aren't supposed to be over 200 E. coli/100 mL, but in this part of False Creek there were 2000 E. coli/100 mL. We'll see how this turns out.

Run with Catherine (and Alison and Kate for some of it) around False Creek on the Seawall and then across the Burrard Street bridge. Gorgeous night for a run. Distance is approximate.

Gorgeous night for a run. Tried to run on the grass where possible and made a quick pit stop near the end to pick up some cook books from the library. I think I need a new running playlist.
