Warm up for long.

Orienteering 1:34:59 [3]

Long at Sage Stomp. Most of the controls went quite well except I got off on my long legs. Quite physically tired.

Warm up for sprint at Sage Stomp.

Orienteering 20:09 [3]

Sprint at Sage Stomp. Made a couple of errors and didn't feel like I had good flow. TRU was a fun map though.

Orienteering 45:09 [3]

Middle at Sage Stomp. Made an error on 3 and didn't relocate quickly enough. Afterwards was quite happy. Andrea and I kept meeting up, but I think I kept my focus quite well.

I went to a step and sculpt class at the Y. Splitting it up into two trainings (stepping and sculpting...).
