Lower body and HIIT workout. Felt pretty tired during this, especially the HIIT (was also tired when I woke up this morning). I'm done all the workouts for the week though (except for the optional stretch tomorrow).

Upper body strength along with 1 minute cardio intervals. Included a warm up and cool down. Legs are so sore from two days ago (could feel them getting progressively sorer yesterday). Guess that's what happens when you don't do deadlifts for a few weeks.

Ab exercises. They were supposed to be weighted, but I just did body weight as I don't think I'd be able to keep good enough form with weights.

Since we're back in Vancouver, I missed the Running Room's Resolution Run for the first time in 11 years! Wanted to get out after my 3 hour nap, so did a run walk combo (run 1 minute, walk 1 minute x 8 plus some walking for warm up and cool down). Such a beautiful day out!

Was supposed to do this lower body strength workout yesterday, but couldn't fit it in with all the New Year's Eve plans. A lot of squats and lunge and deadlift variations.
