This past weekend reminded me that I'm very out of shape, so should probably start doing something about that in order to be able to do more fun summer adventures! However, I always get back into running too enthusiastically and injure myself. I decided I would start on about week 4 of the Couch to 5k to force myself to build up slowly.
Today was:
Walk 5 minute warm up
Run 3 min
Walk 90 sec
Run 5 min
Walk 2 ½ min
Run 5 mins
Walk 5 minute cool down
Absolutely lovely morning out! Oscar came along too. Felt like a true Vancourite running along the Sea Wall.
