WET at Lynn Valley. Fun course by Magnus and Andrea.

Unfortunately, just after the last control, I was running down a hill and must have landed funny. My ankle went over quite painfully. I hobbled back the last two blocks to the finish. It doesn't seem too swollen, but it's definitely painful to walk on now. Hello crutches! I've been icing and elevating it. Thankfully Alison drove me home in my car so I didn't have to use my leg to clutch.
