Long at Sage Stomp. Most of the controls went quite well except I got off on my long legs. Quite physically tired.

Sprint at Sage Stomp. Made a couple of errors and didn't feel like I had good flow. TRU was a fun map though.

Middle at Sage Stomp. Made an error on 3 and didn't relocate quickly enough. Afterwards was quite happy. Andrea and I kept meeting up, but I think I kept my focus quite well.

WJR at McCartney Creek. Gorgeous day out. I made some silly mistakes on trails, but really enjoyed the forest orienteering bits.

My department went to the extreme air trampoline park in Richmond. Surprisingly hard work. I have re-discovered I am not very good at dodgeball. There for a total of 2 hours.
