Run with Ian and Graeme from Park Royal up to Cleveland Dam (and a little loop around the park) and back. We were out for 2 hours, but did a lot of site seeing and bathroom stops along the way.

Fun course at Jericho. Made a few bobbles. Also, decided I need a stronger headlamp. My hip and calf were hurting a little bit.
