Easy run. It's starting to get chilly here which I find makes for nice running, next time I need to remember a hat though! Went down to the path along the Pettiodiac, and had to wait for some lights on the way there.

This past week has been really hectic with midterms, but I finally got out for a run! :) It's a gorgeous day out, so I went for an easy run in Centennial Park.

Sass Peepre meet. I had an okay race technically, but was just exhausted while running. I don't think I ate enough that morning. I had the second fastest time on the course. One of the controls was a bingo control, and another had a really wonky map in that area. My team won the cup because all the other teams disqualified. :)

Cross country is all over now! :( We were suppose to have provincials on Friday except it got moved to Monday due to rain. I was really pleased with my run today! I thought I paced myself fairly well and this was my fastest time of the season. :) It was so cold outside today which was nice for running in, but made waiting around afterwards a little chilly. I came 50 out of 128.

Nova Scotia Champs in Debert. The map make it difficult to plan any hard courses because there are so many trails and the vegetation isn't properly mapped so I ended up running almost all on trails. I had the fastest time on course 4 and made a small error because the map wasn't completely correct in the area. I made another mistake, but when I figured out what I had done it actually was better than my original plan. :)

It's been a while since I've done any strength training. I'm really glad I went though! It was lots of fun, but really hard. :)

I couldn't make it to running today so I went to a spinnning class at the Y instead. I found it really tough and could really feel my quads.
