Strength (Step Class) 30:00 [2]

I went to the Y - Step I again which was fun. I tried doing some of the different modifications to make harder, so I felt like I got a better workout than previous times.

Biking (Spinning) 45:00 [3]

I went to the beginner cyclefit class again. It was lots of fun!

Strength (Elliptical) 20:00 [2]

I had to do a heart rate experiment for my PE class. I was only suppose to do it for 15 minutes except I messed up something and had do extra.

Strength (Jump Rope) 5:00 [1]

I'm getting a little better at this...

Part of my fitness log for my PE course. I had to do:
3 x 25 sit-ups
3 x 15 lunges
3 x 15 squats
3 x 15 bicep curls
3 x 15 triceps extensions

Just what I needed. It felt really good!

Running hills 27:16 [3]

Natasha and I went out to run hills (the first hills I've done it a while). They felt good, but were definitely hard. I could feel it more in my lungs though than in my legs... Here are my spilts,

4:51 - Warm - up running to the hill
1:52 - First run up the hill ( + extra, I ran too far)
2:21 - Jog down/recovery
1:47 - Second run up the hill
2:27 - Jog down/recovery
1:40 - Third run up the hill
2:45 - Jog down/recovery
1:36 - Fourth run up the hill
8:00 - cool-down run home (including jog down)

I had to skip for 5:00 minutes for my PE course. I keep messing up though.

Swimming 25:00 [2]

I went swimming with a friend at the Y. It was fun, but hard as I haven't swam laps for like a year and a half.

Taekwondo 10:00 [2]

Working on our demo. I'm still horrible with the nunchucks and my right arm hurts from doing our weapons demo multiply times. I think my right arm is going to get way stronger than my left because of squash and this nunchuck thing.

(And class was really more than 10 minutes. A lot of it was just sitting around though)

Doing most of the program that the trainers at the Y made for me.

Biking warm up/down (Stationary) 10:00 [1]

A rather blah cool-down.

Strength (The Wave) 3:00 [1]

I was waiting for a friend to finish up so I went on "The Wave " for three whole minutes! :D

Squash 15:00 [2]

A mix of court sprints and footwork drills. My squash playing was pretty bad tonight, but on a more positive note we got another girl to come play!

Our final event for the 10 KM clinic. I had a great time running this! Mom, our group leader, and I had a pretty slow pace doing 10 and 1s for the first 8 km or so, and then I went ahead and really picked up the pace. It was an absolutely gorgeous day out for a run, and it was along the river which was really nice.

Biking (Spinning) 45:00 [3]

I went to the Beginner Cyclefit class at the Y. It was fun, but hard.

Running 30:00 [1] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: Blue Asics Gel 1110

This is just a complete guess at the time, but I was really extremely slow as my legs were dead from the spinning class (I went to running as soon as spinning was over). I didn't feel the greatest throughout the run.

Strength (The Wave) 15:00 [2]

Did 15 minutes on that machine called "The Wave" (I'm pretty sure it is meant to imitate skiing...). I felt kind of tired and I could really feel my quads.

After "The Wave" I switched over an elliptical machine and had lots of fun playing with the different settings. :)

Taekwondo 30:00 [1]

We were working on our demo tonight, and my arm is killing me now because of all the nunchucks we're doing. I also got to work on my breaking technique which is a target that is almost 10 ft. in the air that I try to hit by springing off one of those mini trampolines. I'm not close at all, but it's still fun!

Warm-up on a stationary bike. I brought my Chinese to study so time passed quickly.

I went with a friend and her program was a lot shorter so I had to cut some exercises out.

Playing squash with my cousin, Fraser, and Dad. It was lot's of fun!

Mom and I were suppose to go running with our group this morning, but we were too exhausted so we went together in the afternoon. We ran fairly well except it was really windy out! Our "race" is next Sunday, but since I haven't really been training properly I'm not going to try to run it fast.
