Running long 1:50:00 [2] 17.0 km (6:28 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-2000 Yellow

Took a trip down to Mt Rob Roy with Frogga and Rob. Rob was in charge of the run navigation. Started with a brutal climb (200m in 2km) but not as brutal as some of the later downhills. First part was mostly open with great views over the brindabellas (and a cold wind). Then, coming over Rob Roy we were back in the forest. Finished with a long stretch through private land, luckily no farmers with shotguns manning the route. The downhills were pretty taxing on my dodgy knee, which is about as bad as it has been for a while.

Running hills 50:00 [4] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-2000 Yellow

Solid loop of the Doover Crackenback after spending all morning watching girls soccer. Tried to surge the hill, but it was more tempo than interval. Still, not a bad run.

Running 40:00 [2] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: DS Trainer White/Green

Run home, in the near dark again. Funnily enough, I bumped into a work friend running along the same stretch of single track in almost total darkness, either of us with headlights ...

Running 40:00 [2] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: Nike Structure 17

Had two pairs of running shoes stored in my office, so decided it was time I took to running home from, rather than to, work. But left it a bit late and it was pretty dark by the time I got to Aranda Hill. Managed to get home without spraining an ankle.
