dry for the ski, but the roads were wet. ~45 deg F, NW wind @ 5-7. Light long sleeve shirt, quark jacket, new mtb gloves. My legs felt much better than I though they might after yesterdays road bike ride at ASP. Technique was good except for when a rock/stone got jammed? in the front wheel of the rt ski and down I went, broke the fender. Continuing to work on V2, high hip and good step.

ASP road ride, quaker lake to willow bay, to bradford, up hill to park, and then down back to quaker lake. Beautiful day. The wind increased as the day went along.I was happy with the final bit of the climb back into the park, heart rate was 165 bpm but I've felt worse at that point in the past so it was good. I'm glad I had the 39x27, instead of the 39x23 of the past.

ASP hike up beehunter creek to the old growth hemlock area then back on the western part of the beehunter hiking trail. Really a beautiful area. Time and distance are estimates.
