Mendon 2015 world deaf m-elite map. The controls were marked with small cards so there were a couple of controls where I did not see the card right away. I lost the most time on #17. I was at the saddle just before it but could not see the card, that lead to some searching before I came back to the area and eventually saw the card hiding behind the branch it was hanging on. With the hills and tired legs ~95% walking.

Hike around Mendon with Stina after the o-map

Osceola, a bit on the south side then a bunch on the north. About 25 to 28 degrees. About 2 inches of fresh snow over a semi-soft base. Like always the north was softer than the south. Skied the terrasonics. A nice surface to ski, but a bit slow because of the new snow. Felt pretty good considering I roller skied yesterday

Osceola after lunch. Skied the atomic rs-10. They felt OK, stable and about as fast as the terras. Skied the south side. I was getting tied at the end but mostly my climbing technique was OK.

Roller ski the Olympic route. About 28 deg with a 5 mph south wind. Time and distance are estimates. First time doing this route in a long time. Felt pretty good, but that short section on dutch hollow always sucks.

After a couple of days Christmas shopping I needed to get out. Hiked Letchworth, the SE area by the regaine falls the over to the canal area.
