shoes: Sharp Ski

The John Harris memorial race. Going better than expected for most of it then completely blew with 1km to go. Lovely day dead flat on the water.

Mountain Biking 1:45:13 [3] 20.81 km (11.9 kph) +890m

Ride with Dave and Ash. Steady on the hills, both up and down. Good fun. Feeling supprisingly good too.

Couples trek with the Megan. Around Mt Owen, quite rough for a lot of it. Spectacular place.

Run with the normals up Jacks. Trying to take it easy as legs feel a bit buggered.

Tantragee Loop with David and Georgia. Legs feeling a little tired.

Run with the Normals, big group of us today for some reason. New guy came along also so had to make him hurt a bit.

Run up the Brook then the Gramps with the Normals, legs a little tired from yesterday, but not too bad.
