Monday evening Kayak race. Started off a little slower today because still tired from the weekend. Had to go hard at the end though to hold off Wayne, Matt and Kim who were coming for me.

First leg of the Musselman. Tried to keep up with Dan off the line and hung on probably longer than I should have. Dropped off and went through some side chop, got caught by Wayne with about 1km to go. Pretty happy with this paddle working had the whole way.

3rd leg of Musselman, led all the way up to the hill, then when we hit the hill got passed by Josh and Dan. Super hot day and just ground my way up trying to limit the damage. They weren't far ahead at the saddle, got a puncture down the hill and lost some time. Fairly happy with how I was riding.
