Went underground! I tagged along with one of the geotechs on their inspection rounds looking at movement in the drives and taking pressure readings in the walls. It was pretty cool to learn a bit about how forces are transferred within the rock and how they manage that in planning the mining process, and then all the work they do to support the void spaces.

The mine is a total maze (and its really only a tiny mine!) and it didn't take too long to get totally confused.

Token strength stuff. had planned to do more, but cos I finished work on time it was still blazing sun. decided to hide in my room till at least the sun dropped a bit, but accidentally had a nap. oops. then had way too much food at dinner to do anything afterwards.
did my hip stability stuff and some stretching so I should be fine to run again tmw.

mine and back. L glute/piriformis a bit tight, but stretched out ok.

considered logging re-filling the evaporation pan. 102.6 mm is a lot of trips back and forth to the tap.
