mtb in gap creek. left too late so it was really hot, and thought it was going to end up a torture test, but after I got over coottha it was fine. I was a bit of a hubbard, but its been quite a while since I've ridden single track.

very easy run. planning walk-jog, but running was pretty easy to start with, so just kept going till the first hint of tightness then walk-jogged home from there.
