Mine and back. Temp dropped below 40 before i ran, but only just. Still somehow managed a 2 min negative split. Probably due more to my sciatic issues calming down in the last few days than any magic heat tolerance.
Forecast is for 45 tmw. Could be a good day for a swim.

overcooked it a bit today so bailed on any real training. just did a short set of glute and ab stuff.
